FUZE Ti LLC Warrants the timecode generators to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of original purchase or date of shipment from Kickstarter campaign. FUZE Ti LLC will repair or replace the product at its discretion at no charge. Warranty does not apply if FUZE Ti LLC determines the product/item has been altered, modified, neglected, abused or misused. 3D Printed products or refurbished units with minor physical defects and variability between each unit that does not adversely affect the performance are not deemed defects in materials or workmanship.

Damages caused by leaking batteries are not covered under warrenty.

Accessories such as cables and screen protectors are warrented against defects and workmanship sixty (60) days from the date of original purchase. 

For all services, including warranty repairs, please email support@FUZETi.com to obtain RMA number and shipping address.

Returns

Returns are subject to 10-20% restock fee depending on additional options added to the product. Refunds excludes shipping costs and will be issued after the product is returned in original condition. You must contact support@FUZETi,com for RMA within 30 days of original shipment prior to returning the product.
